If I could give Precision 6 stars I would. I used them for the first time about 6 years ago when my old garage door died. They did an amazing job at a fair price to replace the entire door. Today I just had a tune up and things have not changed. Anfrew was on time, professional and pointed out some things that I will need to address fairly soon but there was NO high pressure sales pitch. Just excellent information. Sometime in the next couple of months I will use Precision again to do the work that was noted. I would recommend Precision without a single reservation!

Nick, Was extremely knowledgeable and very honest about what NEEDED to be done to our garage door. He was very patient and explained the parts and what each did so I could make the best choice in replacements of parts. I felt that he genuinely wanted me to be happy and comfartable with my choice. A few months ago I had my garage door basically rebuilt by Precision doors. Fast forward to today. My 30 year old door broke into two pieces. Precision Doors came out looked it over and quoted me a price of a new insulated door minus the monies I paid for the rebuild. I was blown away by the way they stood up for their customer satisfaction. They will always be my "first call" in the future.

Eric was my service technician. From beginning to and I was very pleased with the service. I appreciated the email telling me who my service technician would be and having pictures knowing that I would be able to recognize who was coming to my home. Eric explained everything very well and did not try to pressure me into buying anything extra. He explained the repairs that needed to be done and showed me what exactly he was replacing. Excellent customer service and I would definitely recommend this to anyone else

After calling in late on a Saturday morning, I was guessing that I would be waiting to have someone come out Monday. I was surprised when I was told they could get me in to fix my vastly unlevel garage door that afternoon. After about an hour, Nick had everything looking great and the door performed beautifully. The price was very reasonable as well for replacing the cables and doing a tune up on the entire system. Would definitely recommend.

Called Precision because I wanted to have my garage door serviced sinced I was experiencing closing problems due to a loose wire. The technician was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Normally I feel "fleeced" when any service representative makes recommendations for parts that will require future replacement. However, the technician explained and demonstrated why he recommended new springs.
