I had my garage door repaired this morning by Mike. He was early for our appt, which was good. He was extremely polite and competent in diagnosing what the problem. It was a spring. I was expecting a large bill, but he told me since Precision overhauled our door, the springs were under warranty. Wow! What good news. Springs are fixed, door is purring like a kitten. Thank you Mike and Precision.

I felt Mike was trying to provide me a variety of reasonable options with no "sales" pressure. Five Stars! James called to let me know that he was ahead of schedule and could arrive early if it worked out and it did. Door was repaired even before my scheduled appointment window.He was very professional and showed me other issues that I had with my door and offered a plan to fix them. I chose your company after watching a short video on your website which showed all the springs that you carry on your trucks. What I didn't want was for someone to come out and then have to come back another day with the right spring. James had it all fixed in about 45 minutes. Thank You.
