There was a mix up in the scheduling and was notified as soon as they caught it. Our technician Ben was very understanding about the situation. He was the perfect technician to work with because his experience and his ability to explain what he had to do to correct our problems. After explaining to us what really needed to be done to fix the issue, we spent more that we expected. But we couldn’t be happier with the results. Open and closing the door is so much quieter. Our son has sensitive hearing and it doesn’t even bother him like before. We know that we will be replacing the garage door opener soon and we know what company we will be calling and what technician we will request. I called OGDS first thing in the AM when my husband had to manually open the door to go to work. They are our go to company and they did NOT disappoint! They got us in right away and Nick showed up earlier (called first to make sure it was okay, of course). He got right to work and was able to diagnose and repair both issues. We were still under warranty so we were good to go. He then showed me some of the areas to spray for maintenance and said that he hoped we didn't have to see each other very soon. : ) Great Customer Service!

I was surprised and pleased that you were able to send a service man out the same day I called even though I didn’t have an emergency situation. James was very thorough in in determining the cause for our noisy garage door. His recommendations were clear and he did not try to sell us something we didn’t really need. He worked quickly and we are very pleased with the results. He was very courteous and obviously knew his business.

Definite 5 Star Rating! Precision came out promptly to service my garage door opener! My remotes hadn’t been working well! With some troubleshooting discovered the circuit board was shot! So installed a new one! Keith and Mike were great! Noticed door was noisy and greased it up! Remotes working great now! So appreciate their excellent service!

I am very positively impressed with Mr. Mike Felton. He was well-mannered, listen carefully to my explanation of the problem and correctly diagnosed where was the problem. His diagnosis was based on his experience and was different from my guessing. I asked him who could change worn out rubber strip that seals the door with the floor. He checked the vehicle and pulled out the rubber band. He explained to me the cost of material and labor and using proper tools removed the old strip and installed the new one. Also, he made some additional adjustments. He explained some useful facts about this type of doors that I will use in the future. I really like this company.

We returned home from a trip to a broken spring and couldn’t get into our garage. It was late so I waited until morning to start the process of finding a reputable servicing company. I Googled garage door repair and was drawn to your website and reviews. I went to the chat box and within 5 minutes had an appointment scheduled for a 11:00 - 1:00 time window. Hi there, I am delighted with the service I have received from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. My main spring broke on Monday afternoon. I called in at 4:50 PM. The Technician, Mike showed up early the next day by 11:00 AM! Unheard of response time! He did a full system check and educated me on my options. My door was fixed within 15 minutes! I can't get a light bulb changed faster than that! Thank you so much :)
