I had a wonderful service experience. The gentleman didn't try and up sell me when I explained how I use my garage door. He was able to repair the issue in under an hour for a reasonable service price. If I experience any issues in the future, this is the company I will call for repairs or replacement.

We were very pleased with the service & fair price we were given with Precision. Andrew was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. Even my husband was impressed! We called for a broken spring, and also had our rollers replaced. We would highly recommend Precision & will use them again if needed. My ONLY concern/advise was please call them directly rather than contact online. We had a bit of a hiccup and ended up calling a couple days later & therefore got serviced right away.

Precision door should be offering training to other small businesses on "How to Get it Right!" I managed to back into my partially opened garage door (Yes, I'll own it!) and called Precision immediately. In less than 25 min. Matt was on the scene to get the door operational and provide options on how to remedy/replace. He was extremely helpful, professional, and courteous. They will be installing a new door and I made a new note to self: "make sure you see the door is completely open before backing out!"

My garage door spring broke on Sunday. I was able to make contact with the company on Sunday and they scheduled an appointment for Monday morning. Kevin was the technician who arrived at the schedule time. He did an assessment on my garage door and explained the options I had. I did end up buying a new garage door but with no pressure from Kevin. Kevin did replace the spring and make some minimal repairs so I could use the door until my new one was installed. Kevin was A+

I had an issue with my door where there was a large gap on one end when the door was closed. I called early in the afternoon, and a technician was able to come the same day. They replaced the cable on that side, and it was covered under warranty. I purchased the door from them in 1997. They also replaced the seal, and the repair took less than one hour. The technician was very personable and professional. I recommend them to anyone looking for a new door or door service.

Our torsion spring broke and needed repaired. Precision sent out Mike to our house the next day. He was very friendly and informative. He gave us a few options on how to make the repairs he was about to make last longer. The door was near 15+ years old and needed some servicing since many parts were starting to look a little rough. He worked quickly to get the job done and was very helpful on instructing us on proper garage door maintenance.

$80 tune up but no info on what was completed. Was given a quote for future work but never saw on my invoice per my request. Next day get a coupon in the mail for an extensive tuneup explaining what it entails and roller repaits for $99. I was quoted as needing new rollers. Why was i not offered this? Saw several other companies with tune ups for $10-20 less and more explanation. All my invoice stated was service charge and fuel charge. Feel like I was taken advantage of and have called to express my concern but still waiting to talk to the main office.
Hi Mike, I apologize we let you down. Our technicians aren't permitted to offer coupon specials. The reason is coupons cost $$$ to get distributed and the offers are there to entice new customers to use our company. The offset in the loss is having the opportunity to have another long term customer. Choose Precision, they have a local office in Fishers. Appointment was promptly scheduled that day, about 3 hours later. Kevin the technican called before scheduled time, was punctual and courteous. 5 stars rating We were extremely pleased with Nick Z and his work on our garage door. He installed a new motor, put in new springs and rollers and a new remote control system. Basically rebuilt the entire system in a very short period of time. It works beautifully. And it is now whisper quiet. He even repaired the door which had been making a terrible loud cracking noise. He is very skilled and very courteous and friendly as well. We really enjoyed meeting him and appreciated his advice and skills. Thank you for excellent work!

When you wake up and can’t get your cars out. It was great to make a call and have the job done by lunchtime. Nick was great with showing me what was needed to fix the door. You didn't allow all purchases . . . I got springs and a new wall control. I called only to repair a faulty wall control that was turning lights on and off as it pleased. Nick convinced us that our springs were not the correct ones and needed replacement. So . . . Your employee is extremely congenial and well versed. He deserves 5 stars. the dispatcher was also efficient and friendly. Why not 5 stars? Cost!
