Full disclosure: I come from a very technical background and for me, the mechanics of a garage door is well understood. I called for a broken spring, but I knew many other problems l had with my door. The technician, Josh, was very knowledgeable, inspected and caught all the issues. I wasn't testing him but I was very pleased that he was skilled in his trade to make the door right and not just fix and move on. He was not pushing on trying to sell me anything but explained clearly the cause and effect of the issues and let me make the final decision. I will use Precision again.
