Answered my questions without influencing my decision. Replaced everything except the actual door, did a fantastic job. I cannot even hear the door open now, it is amazing. Broken spring on Friday. Got appt. set for Monday morning. Vladimir explained the problem with the 12 year old spring. We talked about replacing the other spring on the other door and he worked out a deal since I called in from Angie's List. All was smooth and completed within an hour or so. I recommend precision from customer service on phone to their technician working through completion of project with me. Were very professional.

Your tech, Eric, seemed to be a very knowledgeable person. My original call was for a new base seal and hardware maintenance for an 18 y/o door. When he came and inspected before beginning, his diagnosis was NOT what I needed to hear. What was expected to be a $160 project turned out to be a $1329 makeover. Not his fault. Based on his diagnosis, the door and framework was improperly installed 18 years ago. The wife and I , being south of 70 y/o, were naturally aghast at the cost. But, Eric was quite the fine young man; worked diligently, gave excellent advice; and wonderful cleanup. Hopefully, the door will almost outlast us. Just glad I didn't need a new door! We'll certainly give your company a "thumbs up" to anyone who asks.

I took my new toy, 1965 Ford 4400, and drove it out the door forgetting about the oversized tires. Bend up bottom rail significantly. Tyler came in the scheduled time and fixed the door at a reasonable price.

Having used Precision Door previously, I was not hesitant to call again to have them replace my garage door lifter. Nick Zatkoff, who arrived on time, took time to explain the various differences in door lifters and available options. After deciding on the final products, Nick completed the necessary work in an hours time. His other recommendations were appreciated and also accepted. All in all, great service.

I really didn't want to spend the money on just a new set of springs, pulleys, rod and cables, but I knew the one that Garage Doors of Indy had installed 10 years ago, was a cheap model and had to be replaced.
