Your tech, Eric, seemed to be a very knowledgeable person. My original call was for a new base seal and hardware maintenance for an 18 y/o door. When he came and inspected before beginning, his diagnosis was NOT what I needed to hear. What was expected to be a $160 project turned out to be a $1329 makeover. Not his fault. Based on his diagnosis, the door and framework was improperly installed 18 years ago. The wife and I , being south of 70 y/o, were naturally aghast at the cost. But, Eric was quite the fine young man; worked diligently, gave excellent advice; and wonderful cleanup. Hopefully, the door will almost outlast us. Just glad I didn't need a new door! We'll certainly give your company a "thumbs up" to anyone who asks.

I took my new toy, 1965 Ford 4400, and drove it out the door forgetting about the oversized tires. Bend up bottom rail significantly. Tyler came in the scheduled time and fixed the door at a reasonable price.

Having used Precision Door previously, I was not hesitant to call again to have them replace my garage door lifter. Nick Zatkoff, who arrived on time, took time to explain the various differences in door lifters and available options. After deciding on the final products, Nick completed the necessary work in an hours time. His other recommendations were appreciated and also accepted. All in all, great service.

I really didn't want to spend the money on just a new set of springs, pulleys, rod and cables, but I knew the one that Garage Doors of Indy had installed 10 years ago, was a cheap model and had to be replaced. I really appreciated the responsiveness of PD. We called around 5:00 pm and had an appointment set between 8-10 pm. The tech called with an estimated time of arrival. On time with that. There was a misunderstanding of the price quoted to us. I called PD and the call assistant indicated that a manager would call us first thing. While the tech was getting springs, he had contacted his manager and indicated they would honor the price quoted waiving the emergency fee. GREATLY APPRECIATED. Thanks!

angie's list roller replacement and checkup special deal $89. Did it for 2 doors. Mike was very informative, courteous and explained the state of my 10 year old garage doors and what to possibly expect in the future. He referred to costs that might be incurred should I choose to replace parts or for when I might have an issue.

Thought I would only need the broken garage door springs replaced. Technician took the time to inspect the whole garage door mechanism and showed me where the bearings were worn out and digging into both the pulley and bar. Cost me more money but it was worth it as the door works 100% better. It was a very good experience and would reccommend.
