He arrived within the window of time promised, installed new springs and identified and mitigated future issues with other moving parts, ultimately saving me money and headache. Called for service on my garage door and could have been scheduled that day, but the next day worked better for me. Andrew came right on time and was very professional and friendly. All options were explained clearly, what would be done and costs. Then he installed a new opener in about an hour and it works great. He did a super job and explained everything to me clearly. I've never had to have this done before, about $600 seems a bit expensive, but I feel like I paid for top quality service and product. A 5 star rating on service for sure.

The technicians were polite and upbeat. I appreciated the prompt service I received since I was unable to exit my garage because door would not operate correctly. I do feel that Precision prices were inflated. My two neighbors entire garage rebuild, (including a new door and a new key pad and opener) which I did not receive was only a 100.00 more than I paid. But, in an emergency I had to go with the inflated costs of material.

Answered my questions without influencing my decision. Replaced everything except the actual door, did a fantastic job. I cannot even hear the door open now, it is amazing. Great company, great service. Definitely highly recommend them.

Broken spring on Friday. Got appt. set for Monday morning. Vladimir explained the problem with the 12 year old spring. We talked about replacing the other spring on the other door and he worked out a deal since I called in from Angie's List. All was smooth and completed within an hour or so. I recommend precision from customer service on phone to their technician working through completion of project with me. Were very professional.
