Service Tech was very knowledgable, considerate, helpful and polite. He went out of his way to help me understand all of my repair or replacement options. Once a plan was settled on, he was quick and efficient to make repairs. He also made sure that the door was operational so my wife could make a Doctor's appointment. The door operates better than it has in a long time; it's also a lot quieter. He didn't just throw a new spring on the door, he took the time to investigate all of the operational mechanisms to make sure I wouldn't have issues later. The Service Person did a great job. I called at 8:30 AM and they were there at 11:30 AM the same day. They replaced the rollers and the springs and the door now works great where before it could barely open.

Realized we had a broken spring about 4:00 in the afternoon and they had someone out at our house by 6:15. We were very impressed with their prompt service and Kevin was very accommodating in sharing options with other safety concerns that needed addressing. The tech was very personable & knowledgeable. But I thought he was given pricing options(3) for repairs that were inflated by ~100% over usual & customary fees for the hardware that was replaced. Why was I billed for a fuel surcharge when the service call was FREE and not mentioned before billing?? I will be using another door service company for future repairs!

I purchased my system last year from Precision, and it has been great. You never know what you are missing until you upgrade. It started acting up, I think with the IOS upgrade on my phone. They came out and reset everything, and since it has been less than a year, I wasn't charged. Great customer service.

We were very satisfied with our meeting to have a new garage door installed. Paul showed up on time and was very professional in measuring and explaining all our options. He never tried to over sell, showed us our options and let us decide what we wanted. Paul explained that our garage door opener was working fine and did not need replaced at this time, but we could call and have it replaced if anything would happen to go wrong.
