I really appreciated the responsiveness of PD. We called around 5:00 pm and had an appointment set between 8-10 pm. The tech called with an estimated time of arrival. On time with that. There was a misunderstanding of the price quoted to us. I called PD and the call assistant indicated that a manager would call us first thing. While the tech was getting springs, he had contacted his manager and indicated they would honor the price quoted waiving the emergency fee. GREATLY APPRECIATED. Thanks!

My technician was Mike, and I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and demeanor with our time. Unfortunately I was constrained financially, but really wish I could have done the bearings as well as the springs this time around. angie's list roller replacement and checkup special deal $89. Did it for 2 doors. Mike was very informative, courteous and explained the state of my 10 year old garage doors and what to possibly expect in the future. He referred to costs that might be incurred should I choose to replace parts or for when I might have an issue.

Thought I would only need the broken garage door springs replaced. Technician took the time to inspect the whole garage door mechanism and showed me where the bearings were worn out and digging into both the pulley and bar. Cost me more money but it was worth it as the door works 100% better. It was a very good experience and would reccommend.
