I went online and looked for Garage door repair in Hancock County. Your add was impressive and it was late in he evening around 11:00 PM but was still able to make an appointment for the next morning. Your representative "JOSH" was business like and professional explaining in great detail what he found in his inspection of the garage door. He finish his repair replacing all the lift hardware in terrific time and was courtous during the whole process.

Our garage door spring decided to break at 9:30PM and since we had to be able to get our cars out in the morning I googled garage door spring repair and Precision came up. Upon calling them I was told that we could have someone to our house within the hour. Jeff arrived even quicker than we anticipated, quickly explained to my husband what needed to be done and went to work and was done fairly quick. We will definitely be using them for any other needs we might have in the future and will recommend them to our family and friends.

Dealing with Precision was a very delightful experience. From the first phone call thru the repair all personnel were very courteous and professional. Jeff very adequately explained every aspect of the needed repairs. He promptly replaced springs, bearings, cables and door rollers. The door now operates truly whisper quiet.
