Jeff very adequately explained every aspect of the needed repairs. He promptly replaced springs, bearings, cables and door rollers. The door now operates truly whisper quiet. Our garage door spring decided to break at 9:30PM and since we had to be able to get our cars out in the morning I googled garage door spring repair and Precision came up. Upon calling them I was told that we could have someone to our house within the hour. Jeff arrived even quicker than we anticipated, quickly explained to my husband what needed to be done and went to work and was done fairly quick. We will definitely be using them for any other needs we might have in the future and will recommend them to our family and friends.
