First, when I called to make the appointment a real human answered the phone. Amanda helped me get an appointment that was convenient to MY schedule, Loved that!! Someone called me in the afternoon to tell me that the appointment would be closer to the end of the time frame in case I wanted to do other things. WOW!! Eric was professional and very knowledgeable. My garage doors are working perfectly and so thankful that I called you all!!

Eric was very friendly and helpful. He made all of my options clear and outlined the best procedure for fixing our garage door. While replacing the spring and some other hardware was quite a bit more expensive than I expected, I have faith that our garage door will be in perfect working order for some time. Thanks Eric!
