Very impressed with Eric and the company. On time for the appointment. Explained and show me the wear and tear on my garage door, made good recommendations. Very professional and polite. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing garage door service.

Precision replaced two garage doors for me and the finished product was excellent. The old doors were about five years past their life expectancy and the new doors were matched perfectly to our house paint and look and sound much better than what we had. Since we also upgraded to an insulated door, I'm hopeful that we will notice a difference when the weather turns cold. Great job by Josh and Eric!

Technician arrived early, which was great. Eric was very helpful in helping explain the issues and how they would be fixed. He took a lot of time answering my questions. When it comes time for another repair or door replacement, I'll call Precision. All thanks to Eric.

I am very pleased with the workmanship and quality of our garage doors purchased and installed by Precision. The quote was reasonable, the installation was professional and timely. We had our doors installed several years ago and after we backed into the door accidentally, they returned to replace the door. The service people and office managers were always polite and efficient.

Precision was not my first choice until after the first vendor showed up late, unprepared to install a new door opener and needed to reschedule 4 days later. My wife and I were steamed and promptly called what should have been our first call: Precision. They arrived on schedule - Sunday no less, came prepared, answered all my questions and installed a new opener within 45 minutes. Precision will now be my first choice and it should be yours.
