Precision offers the full package: easy website to navigate, opportunity to know your service tech online before he arrives, instant feedback, on time appointment, parts are on the truck, and excellent service. Josh was great at identifying what needed to be done to not only repair the springs, but make sure the door was safe and operating as it should. It's like having a new door again. Highly recommend you call Precision.

I had new springs installed, and the door wouldn't close the next day....or it would open and close sporadically. I called, and, apparently, I needed a new motor as well.The technician responded as soon as possible and installed the motor, and it is operating perfectly. Unfortunately, when he was hammering to install the switch, it set off my alarm system. The technician called me and even tried to contact my neighbors, but wasn't able to. He was very concerned and really went out of his way to be helpful.
