The service work was fine, but I was told someone would be at my house between 4 pm and 6 pm. I got a phone call from the service tech at 5:30 pm advising he would be there in 30 minutes. They didn't arrive until almost 6:15 pm. I left my work at 3 pm to be at my house at 4 pm. I would much rather get a phone call from somone telling my they were heading to my house instead of waiting a someone to show up and not knowing when they will arrive. Again, the service that was performed was great.....

The technician ( I don't see him name on list) was great. I was a little leary about the late appointment time, but given the circumstances, we had to get our garage door fixed.
