Great communication when I called (Jennifer?). Quick service, Tech called in advance as promised and arrived w/in sceduled time. Teddy was great, very thorough inspection. Broken spring was obvious but also found worn cable and bearings. Had all required parts on the truck and completed repairs. Door now in great shape. Teddy was professional & personable, a good guy.

My experience with Precision Garage Door Service was great! I called in the morning because my garage door spring had broke. They were able to get me in the same day which was great. They even got me scheduled for an evening appointment which worked out well since I had to work till 6pm. I received a call from Teddy who arrived exactly when he said he would. Precision Door responds extremely fast. They usually send their technician the same day or the day after. Their technicians and administrative staff are very courteous, professional and go the extra mile to make sure that all of one's concerns are answered. They installed a new motor on one garage door as well as the springs on both door; they also installed a keypad and changed the rubber strips at the bottom of the doors. I have been pleased with their work and highly recommend them.

I chose Precision to install a new garage door, and I had bought a genie opener and they installed that as well. Had I used Precision to install one of their Genie openers, the metal rail would have been one piece and much quieter. Nonetheless, I had them install the green colored better springs and the sealed track rollers and they will likely last a super long time. Very pleased with their work which included programming our two phones to be able to open and close the door from anyplace! This eliminates the question of, "Did I remember to close the door when we left?" Our cell phones show the open or closed status of the door! The "opener repair" was only checking the battery which was OK and programming our phones.

I needed the weather strips (rubber seals) replaced on 2 garage doors. The person who took my call was very police and friendly and was able to give me an appointment the next day. The service technician was friendly, explained everything he had to do, and took care of the problem completely. The cost was a bit more than anticipated but that was because another part was needed. Patrick was here and did a very thorough job. The spring on my garage door was broken and he fixed that and added another spring since my garage only had one and after he worked on my garage door, it is much quieter it also prior to his visit had some light coming through the sides and air in the winter and he adjusted that and is now much tighter than before. He did a great job and I would recommend him to anybody that needs the same service.
