Precision Door responds extremely fast. They usually send their technician the same day or the day after. Their technicians and administrative staff are very courteous, professional and go the extra mile to make sure that all of one's concerns are answered. They installed a new motor on one garage door as well as the springs on both door; they also installed a keypad and changed the rubber strips at the bottom of the doors. I have been pleased with their work and highly recommend them.

I chose Precision to install a new garage door, and I had bought a genie opener and they installed that as well. Had I used Precision to install one of their Genie openers, the metal rail would have been one piece and much quieter. Nonetheless, I had them install the green colored better springs and the sealed track rollers and they will likely last a super long time. Very pleased with their work which included programming our two phones to be able to open and close the door from anyplace! This eliminates the question of, "Did I remember to close the door when we left?" Our cell phones show the open or closed status of the door! The "opener repair" was only checking the battery which was OK and programming our phones.

As Tony evaluated the damage, we discussed my household’s garage door usage in order to find the opener best suited to our needs. Tony’s knowledge, skills, and experience positively influenced my choice. While he worked, Tony carefully explained what he was doing, and answered my questions courteously. I needed the weather strips (rubber seals) replaced on 2 garage doors. The person who took my call was very police and friendly and was able to give me an appointment the next day. The service technician was friendly, explained everything he had to do, and took care of the problem completely. The cost was a bit more than anticipated but that was because another part was needed. Patrick was here and did a very thorough job. The spring on my garage door was broken and he fixed that and added another spring since my garage only had one and after he worked on my garage door, it is much quieter it also prior to his visit had some light coming through the sides and air in the winter and he adjusted that and is now much tighter than before. He did a great job and I would recommend him to anybody that needs the same service.

Austin and Issac did a fabulous job. I reached out to Precision as they had installed our garage door opener to purchase an additional remote door opener. They recommended a tune up based on how long ago we purchased the opener. They arrived within an hour of my request. They completed the tune up and programmed the new remote for us within 30 minutes. It was a great experience and I will continue to use Precision in the future. The best part was Austin and Issac. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you!
