I have had Precision Door come to my house before. So I was familiar with the company. I was not disappointed on this call. Austin was on time and professional. He made the necessary inspections and determined what I kinda already knew that I needed a new door. We went through the options and I did not feel pressured one way or another. Austin was a great example of an outstanding employee. He protected my property and was professional through the entire process. I have ordered the garage door and necessary equipment and will have it installed in a week.

We are interested in replacing our garage doors. Your service representative, Corey Ellis came to the house at the scheduled time, listened to our needs, gave us pamphlets and answered our questions, measured our garage door openings, and then calculated the projected cost for the doors. We are looking forward to having our new garage doors in approximately 6 weeks. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Joey was very prompt and kind when he arrived. He assisted us in temporarily opening the door to get our kids to school before inspecting and repairing the spring. Joey even interacted with our kids and told them to have a great day at school on their way out. Joey provided us two estimates and discussed the advantages of each one. He helped us make informed decisions based on how long we plan to be in our house, and also provided some tips to keep the door maintained throughout the life of our door. It was a real pleasure to work with Joey and Precision!

Josh was the technician who came to fix our garage door. Our appointment was to have been on Sunday, 5-5-24, but they were able to move us up to today-for which we were very grateful. Josh was very polite and professional-explained everything, gave us options on what to do, did exactly what we asked and did not leave a mess for us to clean up. We originally called Precision based on a neighbor’s referral because the keypad wasn’t working properly. Orlando examined it and also reviewed and/or tested the various garage door components. There was no “hard sell“, simply a demonstration that the springs were pretty worn and we decided they needed replacing as well. Orlando was very patient and thorough answering all of our questions. He did a great job!

Kevin delivered outstanding and friendly service. He called ahead of his arrival time, which was appreciated. He was punctual, showing up when he said he would. He was efficient in that he found the problem and repaired it quickly. He was meticulous in that he carried out an inspection and pointed out necessary maintenance without applying any pressure to complete the maintenance work now. Quick response. Although the problem with the noise as door raised did not happen while Andrew was here, we took care of some maintenance and replaced the springs. Have a plan of what to do next if noise returns. Andrew was very thorough and offered some options to consider on our aging garage door opening system. We ar we starting with the springs.
