Very personable, knew exactly what needed fixed, and broke down what should be done now vs what could wait for future maintenance/replacement. Was disappointed initially when the appt got rescheduled from Friday evening. Thank you for sending Eric, who arrived early on a freezing cold Saturday morning as promised. It was worthwhile. Eric was professional, courteous, skillful with his prompt assessment of the problem of my garage door, then completed the job with a reasonable cost in a timely fashion. He picked up the broken parts & left the work area clean afterwards. Courtesy wearing shoe covers when needed to walk/access the house. Highly recommended. Dakota T showed up right when he said he would. Called prior to appointment and let me know when to expect him. Super nice guy and very personable. Turns out I needed an entire new opener because my motor was fried on my 25 year old unit. Dakota went through my options and explained exactly what was happening. I did not enjoy having to spend the money to replace the entire unit but that is what it was calling for. He had it installed quickly and went through it all with me and helped get the wi-fi system set up also. Very patient and thorough especially given the fact it was about 15 degrees outside. I have to say my door is uber quiet now and opens very calmly unlike my old unit which seemed to jerk the door. Dakota did a terrific job and everything looks great.
