A spring broke on my garage door. Precision had a technician come out to repair it within a couple of hours. The technician, Drew, was fantastic! He was personable, polite, and very knowledgeable. The garage door springs broke first thing Monday morning trapping our cars in. I went on-line to schedule an appointment and the springs were replaced by lunch! I never thought it would have been resolved so quickly! The crew was very informative, offered suggestions and came with a stocked truck. Great Service!

Precision was amazing. They came out within an hour to fix our door. They knew we needed to get our car out and sent Pat out as soon as they could. Pat was great and he was able to do the repair under an hour! He was wonderful!

Ryan, the service technician, was excellent at his trade, and with customer service. I highly recommend these people for installation, service, and repair of garage doors. My garage spring broke Saturday afternoon and I called to have someone come out and was so happy they were able to send me someone that same day. Teddy was very helpful, knowledgeable and so great to work with. He had us fixed and back in business within an hour. I couldn’t be more happy with our service from him. He’s a great guy!

I have to say, 5 stars all around for Precision and their tech Ben H. My wife and I heard a loud bang in our garage in the middle of the night and could not for the life of us figure out what had happened. The next morning, my wife tried lifting the garage door to go to work, and it wouldn’t go up. After further inspection, i noticed that the left torsion spring had snapped completely in two. I called Precision and they were able to get a tech out same day, and the tech Ben was able to get it fixed in less than an hour! And now the garage is working better than ever. I can truly say, they will have my business moving forward in the future.

I looked at the ratings and it was all 5 stars. I am recently widowed and trying to figure out how to take care of our home of 23 yrs. It seems this the year everything seems to start breaking. I called Precision and they had someone that was able to come out and help me within a 2 hour window, which was such a blessing to me. Austin showed up and was so kind and helpful. I trusted him and knew he wouldn’t try to over charge me just because I was a woman living alone. He fixed my door and the charge was acceptable. He went over and beyond and helped me with the problem I had. I am a customer now forever. Thanks so much for you quick action and taking care of my problem. You guys rock
