I am very glad I chose Precision to come repair a broken spring on my garage door. I had been previously using a different company that had been recently purchased by another company. I figured it was a good time to try someone new. Drew T. was my technician and was on time and communicated well when his arrival time would be. Drew took the time to look over the entire garage door and examine how it was operating. The broken spring was obvious, but there were other things that were not so obvious to me. I had my overhead garage door completely replaced about 14 years ago by the company I had previously mentioned. I have had, possibly, three sets of springs replaced since I originally had the new door installed. Never once, did the previous company go over the function of the overhead door and how each part plays a role in how the door operates. Drew took the time. The springs, the center plate bearing, the cable drum bearings, the cables, the rollers and torsion tube were all explained to me. Drew pointed out the condition of each and left it up to me on what maintenance I wanted him to perform. No sales pressure at all. I ended up purchasing upgraded springs and I had Drew replace a few other items. The door worked so much smoother and quieter after he was finished. I waited almost a month to post this review. The door still works just as smooth as the day Drew did the repairs. For me, the money was well spent. From my experience, I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service of Indianapolis.

My door went off the rails while closing. It happened at 3:00 p.m. the day before the expected snow storm. I got online and booked the last appointment from 4 to 6 p.m that day! Lucky me. Jeff, my technician, was here by 5:00 p.m. He was kind, courteous and had all the right parts on his truck to complete the repairs. By 7:30 p.m. the door was repaired with new parts plus two new springs which I insisted he install, even though the door could have been repaired without them. My garage door works smoothly and quietly and looks brand new. It had been 5 years since my last gararge door tune up and my door was first installed in 1965!

Our technician Tim arrived right on time. He was polite, courteous and very professional. Just speaking with him, I could tell he was a true tradesman. He worked by himself, took down our old door and installed a new insulated door just under four hours. Once completed, he helped program our vehicles to the new opener as well. We are very happy and glad we chose Precision!

Key Pad went bad. Your company replaced about three years ago. Upon further inspection the replaced key pad was bad and needed replacing. After furthur inspection it was noted that Cables. Bearings and Springs also needed replacement. After $1.600 I was told that I'm good as new but possibilities motor could go soon? Happy New Year!

I called because of your commercials. Got a nice text beforehand with Josh’s info. Josh was awesome. Super nice guy. He explained the issues and all of my options. Installed a new opener, remote and exterior key pad. Programmed everything and explained that process very well. After the work was completed, he cleaned up everything. I’m super impressed that Precision was able to come out so quickly and the install was also quicker than I thought. Will be calling Precision again for any possible future issues (my other opener is old as well). 5 stars!

The garage door spring broke on late Sunday. We called Precision the same day expecting to leave a message. Much to our surprise an associate took our call and got us scheduled for Monday morning. Orlando was our technician and was great. He arrived on time, assessed our problem and we also had an in depth conversation about the pros/cons of all the moving parts. The conversation was driven by my questions not an attempt to upsell by Orlando. He was very transparent and as a result we made some decisions to upgrade some of the components from the builder grade quality initially installed. We were very pleased with the experience and would recommend Precision. Thanks again to Orlando for your attention to details in repairing our door.

We had Precision Garage Door Service come out because our keyless pad was not working correctly. When Joey H came out, he asked what our concerns were and what we were wanting to accomplish. He then made suggestions and gave us options that would work best for us. He went the extra mile and then some, to say the least! We ended up replacing the motor on our garage door opener and keyless pad. Joey H also helped me to set up the app on my phone and re-set our openers and new keypad. He also re-set the garage door button in our car. I can't say enough GREAT things about Joey H and his service. He was very professional, kind, honest and patient to answer all my questions.
