I placed a schedule request on Sunday evening and Andrew was here first thing this morning. The issue I was having was quickly resolved and I chose to have some additional maintenance done. I had similar work done in 2009 and have been very pleased with the results. I look forward to another 16+ years of satisfactory performance from my garage door. Thank you for being wonderfully efficient and reliable.

RJ arrived in the designated timeframe, he was friendly and engaging. He didn't try to sell me any service, but he did tell me what was wrong with my door, most of which I was aware of. After deciding we would replace the door, he got our old one working in short order (the spring had broken) and then helped us decide which door to buy. He didn't try to sell us anything, but he was knowledgeable and showed us all of our options. The spring had broken on Friday night and withing 24 hours, it was repaired. And the price of everything was reasonable.

The little things make a difference. I had you replace the springs 10 or so years ago. You left a sticker on the door so I called the number to have you come and fix my worn out opener. To make a long story short, Jarad came and did a terrific job. I knew I’d need a new opener. It was 20+ years old. I also knew the springs were aged so after discussing it with Jarad he sold me new springs and other hardware needing replacement. He did do staying until past 6:00pm on a Saturday evening no less making sure everything was taken care of. Coming from a retail profession I was very impressed with the level of attention and service and knowledge provided. I spent a lot of money but feel secure that it was spent well.

My tech today was Kalu F. I was provided regular updates on his arrival time. During his inspection of my garage door he inquired on what issues I was experiencing, patiently listened to my description and explained what he would be looking for. He did find a wear issue with the original (my home was built in 2006) cables and provided easily understood details of what repairs he recommended and the related costs. There was no pressure to perform the work now. However, I authorized the work which was completed during this visit. After the work was completed he explained exactly what was done, operated the door several times, completed a couple of adjustments, cleaned up afterwards and was done in a timely manner. During his visit he was polite, professional and thanked me for using Precision Garage Door Services today. I highly recommend his work.

Brock was kind, courteous and very helpful in answering all of my questions and ensuring we received the best rate for the garage door repairs we needed to make. I felt very comfortable with him in my home with my small children present and felt like he had my family's best interests in mind with his repair recommendations. I was able to book an appointment for the next day (I could have requested same day but that didn't work for my schedule) and Isaac showed up right on time. We heard a loud pop and realized that we needed a repairman. Called and someone was there the next morning. Tony was our technician and he explained what was wrong in great detail. He gave us options for all of the parts and costs for different levels of repair. He was very efficient and completed the job in a short period of time.
