Josh was great!!!! The issue was a minor repair - lubed rollers fixed previous dent from previous repair. Said rollers will need replaced in a couple of years. Just overall wonderful experience.

Precision scheduled same-day service. Weather was horrible (snow, again) but Eric still arrived within the scheduled time and performed the repair very quickly. We actually had many things repaired. The garage door opener, springs, rollers, and a couple of other things. Eric was very professional and explained everything to me. Very pleased with the whole experience. Not so happy that it ended up costing so much...but it needed to be done right.

Troy took the time to explain in detail and show other parts of the garage door and hardware that were beginning to fail and recommended the next steps to take in order to avoid problems in the future. This is my 2nd service. First was new springs, rollers, cables. In both cases the tech showed me the wear on the current equipment. They worked very well in cold weather both times. They were both good workers and friendly.
