Everyone I spoke to at Precision was courteous and professional, from the operator who answered my call to the technician. The new door and hardware arrived as promised. The installation completion time matched what I was told to expect. The company had no problem honoring a quoted price (including a $200 discount) estimate four months later, which really impressed me.
