Our garage door broke and within 2 hours a service tech (Cory) was here working on it. He explained everything that was wrong and gave me several options on getting it fixed, along with the price and warranty for each. I will defiantly be calling Precision if service is needed again. I called late in the day but they came out 1st thing the next morning. The young lady I spoke with was friendly and funny. The bio on the technician, Jeremy, was a great addition to let me know who was coming. He was knowledgeable, friendly and explained what my options were with no pressure. The torsion spring on my overhead door broke late on a Sunday afternoon. Your technicians were booked for the rest of the day, so the repair was scheduled for Monday mid morning. Fair enough! Ryan Deal was my technician. Ryan is very polite, customer focused, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. I particularly appreciated how he thoroughly explained the repair options available and the associated warranties. Prompt thorough service performed by an experienced professional, and at a reasonable price…what more can one ask for?! The Sunday before memorial day I had one of those gut wrenching feelings that most homeowners have felt once or twice. That feeling when you try to open your garage door and it literally falls and cracks every single door panel. I called in and they had a repair representative out the next day. While the door was beyond saving, their repair specialist Kevin was able to go over everything and we were able to get everything we needed ordered same day with amazing service. While I don’t think I’ll need any more garage door service for a long while, I can easily recommend these guys anytime.

I called in around 5pm as my garage door spring broke. Joel took my call, assessed my needs and completely exceeded my expectations. Joel scheduled an appointment for the very next morning. Kevin called me at 8 am to confirm my appointment and let me know that he and James would arrive in 15 minutes. They showed up right on time. They were both extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They spent the time to explain how my spring broke and provided me with 2 or 3 options to repair my door. I called for a 2nd estimate to replace a damaged panel on a door that had been installed in 2009, as the first estimate I got seemed high. I didn't realize when I made the appt. that Precision doesn't install the brand of door I have, so I felt terrible when Matt showed up and there was nothing he could do.
