The entire experience from POGDS was great, from the prompt response for scheduling, updates about arrival time and a quick bio about Ben prior to our scheduled appointment. Ben was not only on time, but it was clear he respected the distancing measures in place due to covid and was respectful of our needs and budget. He clearly explained the various options and even went as far as recommending Maintenace procedures for long term care, this is always appreciated as I know nothing about garage door upkeep. Ben was respectful of my lack of knowledge and helped consult rather than sell, this is a HUGE plus in my book. If you’re looking for a company to work with for your garage door needs, look no further than Precision!

We were having difficulties with our garage door opener not working properly. Called Precision Garage Door Service and they sent a technician within 3 hours. Upon arrival the technician inspected the opener and the door. He informed us of the issues with both and offered several options to resolve the issue.
