Whenever I have had Precision Door come to my house they have been wonderful! They are also very quick, always come the same day I call for service, and keep me updated as to their arrival time. Most recently the chain fell off my garage door motor. Kevin was my technician this time and he was so pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. He fixed my issue, but we also chatted about a few other related things and he left me know what options were available without being pushy. I called Precision Garage Doors yesterday and got an appt for later this afternoon(Saturday) with ease. Nick called on his way and was here at the appointed time. He listened toy concern, diagnosed the problem, gave me a few different options to fix the problem and did all of the work within 45 min. He was friendly, considerate, kind, explained what he was doing. The price was fair. I would recommend Nick and Precision with no hesitation.

Tony’s service call started as one to sync our old LiftMaster GDOs to our new car. I had synced 5 cars over the years, but after several hours could not sync this one. The GDOs were 15 years old and after more than an hour of Tony’s unsuccessful attempts, we authorized new LiftMaster GDOs. Unfortunately, again despite Tony’s great work, we still could not sync the doors with HomeLink. He called for tips from other installers, and when I called the office, his supervisor, Eric, came right over. In the meantime, I called HomeLink and learned that the new remotes included with the GDOs needed to be exchanged for a different model. Once done, all was well. Great attitude, patience and perseverance paid off.

Great communication when I called (Jennifer?). Quick service, Tech called in advance as promised and arrived w/in sceduled time. Teddy was great, very thorough inspection. Broken spring was obvious but also found worn cable and bearings. Had all required parts on the truck and completed repairs. Door now in great shape. Teddy was professional & personable, a good guy.

My experience with Precision Garage Door Service was great! I called in the morning because my garage door spring had broke. They were able to get me in the same day which was great. Precision Door responds extremely fast. They usually send their technician the same day or the day after. Their technicians and administrative staff are very courteous, professional and go the extra mile to make sure that all of one's concerns are answered. They installed a new motor on one garage door as well as the springs on both door; they also installed a keypad and changed the rubber strips at the bottom of the doors. I have been pleased with their work and highly recommend them.

I chose Precision to install a new garage door, and I had bought a genie opener and they installed that as well. Had I used Precision to install one of their Genie openers, the metal rail would have been one piece and much quieter. Nonetheless, I had them install the green colored better springs and the sealed track rollers and they will likely last a super long time. Very pleased with their work which included programming our two phones to be able to open and close the door from anyplace! This eliminates the question of, "Did I remember to close the door when we left?" Our cell phones show the open or closed status of the door! The "opener repair" was only checking the battery which was OK and programming our phones.
