Kevin & Tyler were awesome. They called and were able to arrive a little earlier than initially scheduled. I had several things that needed attention on my door. They explained everything in detail and offered several options. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase anything that I didn’t feel comfortable with. They got everything completed in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing their garage door replaced or repaired. They made the whole process a breeze. Ben came out today to look at our garage door making some popping noises. He looked at everything and found the problem. Explained to me what was wrong and fixed it. Great job and he was pleasant to talk to. That really makes a difference to me. Keep hiring more like Ben. He definitely deserves some recognition in my opinion.

I always appreciate when a company can make my life easier. That is exactly what Precision Garage Door did. When I closed on my house I set up an appt the next day to get a garage door opener estimate. The installer showed up on time gave me an estimate that was in line with what I had researched. He was able to install the opener right then. Being able to check something quickly off the list as a new homeowner was greatly appreciated!

Josh was on time, courteous and it only took him a minute to install my garage door keypad. I had a few questions about the garage door movement and Josh took time to help me understand why and gave me options to make it better. I’m going to schedule another service call and I hope Josh is who does the install. I really appreciate the personal service. I was given a 2 hour timeframe which is almost unheard of these days. And an interesting additional text from the company to share a little bio of Josh.

I called late in the day but they came out 1st thing the next morning. The young lady I spoke with was friendly and funny. The bio on the technician, Jeremy, was a great addition to let me know who was coming. He was knowledgeable, friendly and explained what my options were with no pressure. The torsion spring on my overhead door broke late on a Sunday afternoon. Your technicians were booked for the rest of the day, so the repair was scheduled for Monday mid morning. Fair enough! Ryan Deal was my technician. Ryan is very polite, customer focused, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. I particularly appreciated how he thoroughly explained the repair options available and the associated warranties. Prompt thorough service performed by an experienced professional, and at a reasonable price…what more can one ask for?! Precision will continue to be my “go to” company for any future garage door needs.
