The new door and door opener installation from Tim was superb and he kindly put up with the non-stop, loud barking of our dog while he worked. I needed a new garage door opener. . . .the motor, remote control on the garage door, two openers, everything. I also had the rubber on the bottom of the door replaced. I am very satisfied with the two hours of work that your employee did. He explained what and why I needed the replacements; my equipment was over 20 years old. I am please with the new equipment. Kevin & Tyler were awesome. They called and were able to arrive a little earlier than initially scheduled. I had several things that needed attention on my door. Ben came out today to look at our garage door making some popping noises. He looked at everything and found the problem. Explained to me what was wrong and fixed it. Great job and he was pleasant to talk to. That really makes a difference to me. Keep hiring more like Ben. He definitely deserves some recognition in my opinion.

I always appreciate when a company can make my life easier. That is exactly what Precision Garage Door did. When I closed on my house I set up an appt the next day to get a garage door opener estimate. The installer showed up on time gave me an estimate that was in line with what I had researched. He was able to install the opener right then. Being able to check something quickly off the list as a new homeowner was greatly appreciated!

Josh was on time, courteous and it only took him a minute to install my garage door keypad. I had a few questions about the garage door movement and Josh took time to help me understand why and gave me options to make it better. I’m going to schedule another service call and I hope Josh is who does the install. I really appreciate the personal service. I was given a 2 hour timeframe which is almost unheard of these days. And an interesting additional text from the company to share a little bio of Josh.
