Mike was great!!! He replaced springs and rollers on our wooden garage door. The work was done in a timely fashion and we appreciated being quoted a price after his assessment, but before starting the job. We were given multiple repair options. Mike was very professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with. We will definitely use Precision again!

Technician Austin D did a great job providing exactly what I needed. He re-programmed a broken remote, helped me program a new car to open the garage door, and installed a keypad outside the garage. Austin explained each step clearly as he went and I was thrilled with the service he provided. It also came in under the price I was expecting to pay! I would be thrilled to have Austin back for any other garage door needs we may have in the future.

Fast. Efficient. Quality. Very happy with the service. Our garage door spring broke, so we searched a few companies. Precision had many highly rated reviews so we decided to have them come and give us a quote. During the quote, they gave us multiple options and straightforward answers and we felt satisfied in our choice. Once work was agreed upon the job was done efficiently with a walk through at the end. We are very happy with the work, the products, and the price. (Same review we gave Google. They really did do a great job.)

I could not have been more impressed with service technician Brock Dickinson. I had a spring replaced by a competitor in January and Brock pointed out why the work was not done correctly, leading to my current problem in October.
