The garage door springs broke first thing Monday morning trapping our cars in. I went on-line to schedule an appointment and the springs were replaced by lunch! We are beyond thrilled with the service we received from Teddy this past Saturday. My garage spring broke Saturday afternoon and I called to have someone come out and was so happy they were able to send me someone that same day. Teddy was very helpful, knowledgeable and so great to work with. He had us fixed and back in business within an hour. I couldn’t be more happy with our service from him. He’s a great guy!

I have to say, 5 stars all around for Precision and their tech Ben H. My wife and I heard a loud bang in our garage in the middle of the night and could not for the life of us figure out what had happened. The next morning, my wife tried lifting the garage door to go to work, and it wouldn’t go up. After further inspection, i noticed that the left torsion spring had snapped completely in two. I called Precision and they were able to get a tech out same day, and the tech Ben was able to get it fixed in less than an hour! And now the garage is working better than ever. I can truly say, they will have my business moving forward in the future.

I looked at the ratings and it was all 5 stars. I am recently widowed and trying to figure out how to take care of our home of 23 yrs. It seems this the year everything seems to start breaking. I called Precision and they had someone that was able to come out and help me within a 2 hour window, which was such a blessing to me. Austin showed up and was so kind and helpful. I trusted him and knew he wouldn’t try to over charge me just because I was a woman living alone. He fixed my door and the charge was acceptable. Mike was great, arrived when he said he would, did a thorough inspection of the door, opener, and all the parts, then made the repair quickly. I also appreciated the fact that while our door and opener were older, he was very honest to let me know that everything was still in pretty good shape and didn't try to sell us anything else. He also took the extra step and time to ensure the floor was clean and there was nothing left behind that could be dangerous to feet or tires.
