We originally called Precision based on a neighbor’s referral because the keypad wasn’t working properly. Orlando examined it and also reviewed and/or tested the various garage door components. There was no “hard sell“, simply a demonstration that the springs were pretty worn and we decided they needed replacing as well. Orlando was very patient and thorough answering all of our questions. He did a great job!

Kevin delivered outstanding and friendly service. He called ahead of his arrival time, which was appreciated. He was punctual, showing up when he said he would. Quick response. Although the problem with the noise as door raised did not happen while Andrew was here, we took care of some maintenance and replaced the springs. Have a plan of what to do next if noise returns. Andrew was very thorough and offered some options to consider on our aging garage door opening system. We ar we starting with the springs.
