Drew T was my technician today. Drew arrived before the scheduled time (Angie called first to confirm that this time change worked with my schedule) and was very knowledgeable. Drew was thorough and explained everything he found in his inspection. He outlined all of our options for our repair/replacement. Once we decided how we wanted to proceed, Drew was able to replace the parts on the spot in a short time. Drew was great, you won’t be disappointed if he ends up being your technician!

I have used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service before and have come to expect excellence from them. Today was no exception when I call them today to perform a routine service. Mike was sent out to perform the task. He was clean cut and courteous. Mike explained to me what he was going to do and began performing the task. He found 3 problems with my door and explained what it would take to repair them. I picked one and he immediately set out to repair the door. Mike said to keep watch over the other 2 items and if they got worse, to call Precision. He was very professional, knowledgeable and performed all task in a timely manner. It is very refreshing that a company sends out technicians who are proficient and care about the customer and the quality of work they perform. I had an emergency with the garage door resting on top of my car. Precision was here the same day and removed the damaged door. I purchased a new door and Precision was here when they said they would be and installed the door. The service man was friendly and pleasant. Precision did an excellent job.

Contacted company in the morning and I was able to get a service scheduled for the afternoon. Drew called to confirm the visit and the expected time of arrival. Soon after I received a text with Drew’s bio. That was my first time receiving information about the technician from any company. I thought it was brilliant! Drew arrived at promised time, he checked the garage door and went over in details of his findings. He presented me with 3 options on how he could fix the problem and price points. Which made me feel comfortable as this was an unexpected expense. He efficiently fixed the door and went over in details of the parts he had changed and also warranty. Drew has great customer service skills, very friendly and shows he cares about the customer. I am in the customer service industry and understand the importance of keeping and retaining great people to represent your company and Drew is one them. He must be recognized!
