Elliot was very kind and very professional! He took a look at the garage door and found the problem easily. Then, because we rent, he stayed around and took the initiative to call the property management to figure out what they wanted to do about fixing it. He also helped me get my car out that was trapped in the garage. I really appreciated the extra help and his patience. Unfortunately my rental company uses a different garage door servicer so we weren’t able to use him for the repair itself, but I highly recommend him and his company and will be using them if I have future issues on a property of my own!

RJ, the tech was on time and very knowledgeable about the repairs we needed. After approving the estimate he went right to work and completed the work in the estimated time frame. My Garage door wasn’t opening correctly so I called Precision and they dispatched a technician who arrived exactly within the time period that was quoted. When Scott D. arrived he thoroughly inspected my garage door and diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes. Scott went above & beyond in explaining what was going on with my system and gave me options on what could/would happen with all of the scenarios. There was no high-pressure sales pitch and allowed me to do what made the best sense (physically & financially) to fix the immediate issue. Scott was very meticulous in his workmanship and got me back to ‘normal’ within 30 minutes.

I have to say I am very impressed with Precision Garage Door! I called this morning at around 4:00am because I was unable to get my garage door to open up. I was stuck!! I was unable to go to work. The rep over the phone was extremely helpful and got me a same appointment.
