I am pleased with everyone who has performed their trade at my house on those service calls. However I fear that the problem was not resolved with my new garage door opener. The two door techs could not have been more knowedgeable. My garage door opener again failed to completely close. However it came down within a quarter of an inch of closing completely. I am waiting to see if it fails one more time. Then If it fails again I will be placing a call to Precision. Thanks.

When I found your website, I knew I would be in good hands because the very first thing you do is check the balance on the door. I thought your approach would be thorough and professional. I was right. I am very satisfied with the service provided on my garage door. I didn't know I was living with an accident waiting to happen. Nobody wants to hear the bad news that something needs to be fixed - but the alternative was scary. I'm very happy I called and I am satisfied with my lifetime warranty for parts and labor. I know I won't have to worry about this particular problem for as long as I live in this home.
