On time; repairman very appropriate and quick to offer alternatives; patient in answering all questions. Appeared knowledgeable. Told me what he was going to do; did it. So far, I would say 4.5 stars. Did feel some pressure to make more decisions than I had planned, but hopefully I chose right. Ask me in a year how it is all working. Thanks very much for your responsiveness and professionalism.

I chose Precision because the add in the phone looked professional, and it was located close to my home. I was pleased with service and the personability of the service man. It helped that he explained himself in detail. I was under the impression that a receipt would be attached to this email.

Another company told me that what I wanted to have done might not be possible and if it was possible, it would be extremely expensive. Precision's technician, Eric, came out, looked at the "project," quoted it in a matter of minutes (very inexpensive), ordered the part and was out a week later to install it. Installation took about 10 minutes. Eric educated me on what he did and how to program my door in a few seconds. I highly recommend Precision and will use them for all my future business and personal needs.
