Eric did a wonderful job! He showed me the parts that needed to be repaired and explained the reason why. He didn't oversell, which pleased (and surprised) me. I feel Eric was honest with me about what all should be repaired and what didn't need repairing. He mentioned a price before starting the repair, but when I told him I received a lower quote from the person on the phone (the Sunday answering call center), Eric said he would honor their price. Again, that pleased (and surprised) me. I am very happy I chose Precision for my repairs. I will definitely recommend your company to my family and friends.

We recently moved into our new home and had Precision out to service our garage door. After a few months, we heard a noise and wanted Precision to check this out. Aaron arrived and said that since we had a belt driven not a chain driven opener before, there would be a small noise using the chain. But he tightened and lubricated the chain, and found that solved the problem.

Precision Garage Door was excellent. They came at the scheduled time and Eric was very friendly and knowledgeable. Before the work was started Eric talked to me about my door as well as concerns we may find before work was started. When concerns were found we talked about all options and Eric explained all scenarios well! I would recommend Precision to anyone!!
