Precision scheduled same-day service. Weather was horrible (snow, again) but Eric still arrived within the scheduled time and performed the repair very quickly. He was very thorough in explaining the problem with the opener and the suggested repairs. Eric and the Precision team were very professional.

Andrew arrived early. He checked out my existing door and because the hardware is 35 years old he had some adjustments to make the door operate smoothly. He suggested new rollers, but said the door would work without them. I decided to replace the rollers now, because they eventually would need to be replaced. Andrew worked efficiently and the door and new opener works easily and quietly. I am pleased.

On Saturday my garage door spring broke. I had a doctors appointment scheduled for Monday morning that I have been waiting for 6 months and if I had to cancel it would have been another 6-12 months before I could get rescheduled. My daughter called Precision because she had the same thing happen to her door in December. She thought the service was so great that she wanted me to have the same experience. The appointment was scheduled for Sunday and I was relieved that I was going to be able to make my appointment. It turned out that a technician could come out the same day which was even better. It was almost 9pm when the job was completed. As an elderly person, I was so impressed and grateful that I received such amazing service.

Jeff was on time and very friendly. He pointed out what was needing repair and gave me a few choices on what he could do to fix the problem. After I made my choice on what I wanted done he immediately went to work and had the garage door working like new in a very short amount of time. We actually had many things repaired. The garage door opener, springs, rollers, and a couple of other things. Eric was very professional and explained everything to me. Very pleased with the whole experience. Not so happy that it ended up costing so much...but it needed to be done right.

Had Mike out today to repair track on my Precision Garage doors purchased in June, 2013. What a fine GENTLEMAN you have working for you. I would hire him in a heartbeat. He explained what was wrong in detail---asked if I was now satisfied and asked to help get the company more referrals from my friends and neighbors.
