Eric was on time. Nicely dressed and courteous. He listened to our concerns and explained how he could repair our garage door. He was very thorough and informative. I enjoyed his work and his explanations. I would be glad to have him work on my home projects anytime. A very good employee.

Eric M was our technician. He did a great job. He was professional, friendly, and clean. He called before he arrived and was here exactly when he said he would be. He gave us options to choose from when completing the repair. He was thorough and efficient. I also liked being able to schedule our appointment online.
