Josh relocated to Indianapolis, and began his garage door career over 9 years ago. In his spare time he enjoys racing ATVs cross country, hunting almost anything, and spending time with his family and friends at home and on the farm.

I have had issues with sensor alignment on my garage door opener for a number of years and have had several companies out to readjust the sensors. Precision sent out Jeremy who diagnosed the problem and offered a permanent solution to this issue. The problem was quickly and professionally resolved at a fair price and I could not be happier with the result. I highly recommend Jeremy if you are having garage door or opener problems.

I have used your services at least three times in the past 5 or 6 years. Each time I was very pleased with your service folks. They were all great, and came to help me not just to sell me something. I also feel your pricing is resonable, but suggest the service fee be waived. This of course would not happen until services were actually provided that met a predetermined minimum amount. I will use in the future, and recomend you to others.

Josh was great! He explained things and was very helpful to my Husband who is a real Jack of all trades . We have rentals and have used other garage door co. in the past. We were not very happy with the service or work ethics. Josh put in new bearings , cables and new springs. Showed up on time and worked right threw the job. My husband was very impressed and he is hard to please. I have many people call me for references all the time so if you think about it please send some cards for me to pass out. Like I said I have many rentals and I am always happy to pass along a good service provider. Thanks for making this happen so fast today. I originally purchased the Angie's List deal because my garage door was bouncing back up when trying to close it. Upon investigation, my door needed rollers and cables as well. Because the door was old and had not had maintenance, we decided to replace all the hardware which also included drums and springs and bearings. The work was done in a timely manner. The technician was very knowledgeable, explained everything that was going to happen and answered all my questions. I would use this company again.

I recently had my garage door repaired by Precision. The lady I spoke with when I made the appointment was very kind and explained everything in detail. The repairman called 30 minutes before arrival, as promised, was very polite and knew what he was doing. My door was repaired, inspected, and I was extremely happy with the experience. Garage Repair We had used Precision for a garage door spring repair a few month's ago. Josh was our technician. He was very thorough in his explanation. He gave us a good, better and best solution for our situation with NO high pressure sales trying to get us to spend alot of money. This time our door wouldn't open: Josh came again. Upon review of all mechanisms, he couldn't find anything. Then it occurred to him that it might be weather related because of the harsh winter temps. Sure enough, a couple bangs and the door broke free from it's frozen tracks. I thought, "oh great, now I am going to have to pay a service fee for a simple frozen door in its track". Much to my surprise, we were not charged. That is small town, good old fashioned customer service that will have our return business and referrals to our friends.
