Excellent service. Josh explained the problem and fixed it fast. Our door broke the day before Christmas Eve so I was happy that someone was able to come on Christmas Eve to repair the door. The door opens and closes so quietly now. They are the best!

I had received a ad in a book with a coupon in it , and even though I have friends that can repair things, this was not one of them, the repair man that came was so nice and explained everything that was needed and being a widow that was really important. thanks again for the fast service, would use Precision again if needed.
