I have had issues with sensor alignment on my garage door opener for a number of years and have had several companies out to readjust the sensors. Precision sent out Jeremy who diagnosed the problem and offered a permanent solution to this issue. The problem was quickly and professionally resolved at a fair price and I could not be happier with the result. I highly recommend Jeremy if you are having garage door or opener problems.

I also feel your pricing is resonable, but suggest the service fee be waived. This of course would not happen until services were actually provided that met a predetermined minimum amount. Josh was great! He explained things and was very helpful to my Husband who is a real Jack of all trades . We have rentals and have used other garage door co. in the past. We were not very happy with the service or work ethics. Josh put in new bearings , cables and new springs. Showed up on time and worked right threw the job. My husband was very impressed and he is hard to please. I have many people call me for references all the time so if you think about it please send some cards for me to pass out. I originally purchased the Angie's List deal because my garage door was bouncing back up when trying to close it. Upon investigation, my door needed rollers and cables as well. Because the door was old and had not had maintenance, we decided to replace all the hardware which also included drums and springs and bearings. The work was done in a timely manner. The technician was very knowledgeable, explained everything that was going to happen and answered all my questions. I would use this company again.
