Josh was born and raised in Bagdad, Kentucky and attended school at Eastern Kentucky University where he majored in Landscape Design. Josh relocated to Indianapolis, and began his garage door career over 9 years ago. In his spare time he enjoys racing ATVs cross country, hunting almost anything, and spending time with his family and friends at home and on the farm.

Garage Repair We had used Precision for a garage door spring repair a few month's ago. Josh was our technician. He was very thorough in his explanation. He gave us a good, better and best solution for our situation with NO high pressure sales trying to get us to spend alot of money. This time our door wouldn't open: Josh came again. Upon review of all mechanisms, he couldn't find anything. Then it occurred to him that it might be weather related because of the harsh winter temps. Sure enough, a couple bangs and the door broke free from it's frozen tracks. I thought, "oh great, now I am going to have to pay a service fee for a simple frozen door in its track". Much to my surprise, we were not charged. That is small town, good old fashioned customer service that will have our return business and referrals to our friends.

Every part of my contact with the Company has been exceptional - from the first call to the actual repair of my garage door the following day. I had my garage door examined and after a discussion with the technician, decided to have it completely over-hauled which resulted in it performing like brand new.
