I originally purchased the Angie's List deal because my garage door was bouncing back up when trying to close it. Upon investigation, my door needed rollers and cables as well. Because the door was old and had not had maintenance, we decided to replace all the hardware which also included drums and springs and bearings. The work was done in a timely manner. The technician was very knowledgeable, explained everything that was going to happen and answered all my questions. I would use this company again.

I recently had my garage door repaired by Precision. The lady I spoke with when I made the appointment was very kind and explained everything in detail. Garage Repair We had used Precision for a garage door spring repair a few month's ago. Josh was our technician. He was very thorough in his explanation. He gave us a good, better and best solution for our situation with NO high pressure sales trying to get us to spend alot of money. This time our door wouldn't open: Josh came again. Upon review of all mechanisms, he couldn't find anything. Then it occurred to him that it might be weather related because of the harsh winter temps. Sure enough, a couple bangs and the door broke free from it's frozen tracks. I thought, "oh great, now I am going to have to pay a service fee for a simple frozen door in its track". Much to my surprise, we were not charged. That is small town, good old fashioned customer service that will have our return business and referrals to our friends.
