I had my garage door examined and after a discussion with the technician, decided to have it completely over-hauled which resulted in it performing like brand new. I chose Precision based on their availability and compatibility to my own time schedule. The technician (Josh B.) was early and called to inform me he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and worked extremely fast. I was briefed on what needed to be done and presented with various options to choose from without any pressure to pick any particular option. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to any of my friends.

Regular service call pricing for outside of normal business hours is great! Prompt arrival with call beforehand that tech was on the way. Everything on truck to make needed repairs and / or replacement. Quick, efficient and correct install. Wish that service charge would be waived if purchasing replacement.

Josh was very professional and friendly. He was the third specialist who came out to repair my garage door since it was installed. The first guy was not a professional at all. The second guy (well, there were 2 of them who came out to repair what the first guy messed up)was from a professional company who was out at my home for many hours a couple of times but still left undone work. I called Precision and was very impressed with everything. Josh explained everything and was absolutely fantastic. I only wish I had called you guys in the very beginning. I would have saved a great deal of time, headache and money. More importantly, I would not have been inconvenienced as much as I was. There's so many great things I can say about Josh but, it would take up entirely too much space. He is definitely an asset to your company and customers. Thanks Josh. I hope I didn't get on your nerves. If it's ok with you, I would gladly request you for any work I may need in the future.
