Josh was born and raised in Bagdad, Kentucky and attended school at Eastern Kentucky University where he majored in Landscape Design. Josh relocated to Indianapolis, and began his garage door career over 9 years ago. In his spare time he enjoys racing ATVs cross country, hunting almost anything, and spending time with his family and friends at home and on the farm.

Josh was professional and friendly. Arrived during the prearranged time frame and completed the job within 2 hours. I didn't expect to buy a new garage door opener but the old one was AT LEAST 17 yrs old and Josh explained why it couldn't be repaired. Great experience! Fully explained everything to be done before service and again after service. Garage door works like a garage door should--and much quieter! Enjoyed the personal service, uniforms, and courtesy shown. Installed were: springs (2 on a double door, instead of just one), pulley lines (?), and another item (?). Josh was the technician. I will call them again--if needed.

The Angie's List rating was the highest and we had a bad experience with another service company that didn't resolve our issue or give us a thorough evaluation of our problem resulting in spending $95 that didn't need to be spent.
