Josh was born and raised in Bagdad, Kentucky and attended school at Eastern Kentucky University where he majored in Landscape Design. Josh relocated to Indianapolis, and began his garage door career over 9 years ago. In his spare time he enjoys racing ATVs cross country, hunting almost anything, and spending time with his family and friends at home and on the farm.

The Angie's List rating was the highest and we had a bad experience with another service company that didn't resolve our issue or give us a thorough evaluation of our problem resulting in spending $95 that didn't need to be spent. The guarantees on the website caught my attention! I love the fact that if I contact Precision before 4:00pm that someone will repair my garage door the same day. Also, the guarantee to keep the same rate no matter what time or day it is, was a great selling tool. I would highly recommend Precision to friends & family. Josh did an AWESOME job!!!! I even learned a few things regarding my door in the process. He was professional, but yet friendly and easy to talk to. He has a great sense of humor! :) I needed new cables, 2 bottom rollers, a middle hinge, and pin in my rail. I am on borrowed time with the age of my door, but Josh was able to get my garage door functioning, so that I may save up for a new one. We both were a bit skeptical at first due to the condition of the door, but he worked it out and I appreciate the excellent skill & knowledge he displayed. When it is time for a new door, I will definately contact Precision and request Josh. Overall, I was totally satisfied from the time I spoke with the lady to set up the appointment until Josh pulled out his fancy Samsung tablet to email me an invoice & receipt! :) I was totally impressed by Precision Overhead Garage Door Service!! It is a great company and they care about their customers.

Josh came within the time frame. He was very professional and explained to me what was wrong with my garage opener. He knew exactly what was wrong - the spring broke. I thought it was the cable that came off the pulley. He fixed it in a timely manner. He also adjusted my light in my garage opener and lose wiring. Josh did an excellent job!

Josh B. came to repair broken spring, but with his vast knowledge of his job, he showed me several things that were wore out on both of my doors and ended up rebuilding both of them. He should get a raise in pay, this man really knows his stuff.

The technician left debris on the garage floor which I had to clean up. I was not happy about that. It appears that the garage door is now working much better than it was prior to being serviced.

Everyone I spoke to at Precision was courteous and professional, from the operator who answered my call to the technician. The new door and hardware arrived as promised. The installation completion time matched what I was told to expect. The company had no problem honoring a quoted price (including a $200 discount) estimate four months later, which really impressed me. I will call on Precision for garage door needs in the future with full confidence.

Great experience! Fully explained everything to be done before service and again after service. Garage door works like a garage door should--and much quieter! Enjoyed the personal service, uniforms, and courtesy shown. Installed were: springs (2 on a double door, instead of just one), pulley lines (?), and another item (?). Josh was the technician. I will call them again--if needed.
