Josh was prompt, personable, explained the problem, demonstrated the garage door opener was now working, he apologized for the inconvenience (this was above and beyond). Your scheduling personnel was polite and the repair was schedule within 2 days which I feels is exceptional service too. I would recommend your company to anyone. Thanks

Josh was professional and friendly. Arrived during the prearranged time frame and completed the job within 2 hours. I didn't expect to buy a new garage door opener but the old one was AT LEAST 17 yrs old and Josh explained why it couldn't be repaired. I would recommend this company to anyone needing garage door/opener repair or replacement.

I have been a customer for several years, and have had many products, including doors, openers, and hardware, installed by Joel's company service technicians. Since I have worked in the customer service industry all my life, good service by qualified people is a benchmark for building a successful business. Precision has always been professional, on time, and completely efficient in taking care of the products they sell and install. I have referred several friends to them, and all are as satisfied as I am. Joel and his team are excellent, and should be the first choice in any type of garage door service needed.

Great experience! Fully explained everything to be done before service and again after service. Garage door works like a garage door should--and much quieter! Enjoyed the personal service, uniforms, and courtesy shown. Installed were: springs (2 on a double door, instead of just one), pulley lines (?), and another item (?). Josh was the technician. I will call them again--if needed.

I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service to anyone in need of garage door repair.
