Great experience! Fully explained everything to be done before service and again after service. Garage door works like a garage door should--and much quieter! Enjoyed the personal service, uniforms, and courtesy shown. Installed were: springs (2 on a double door, instead of just one), pulley lines (?), and another item (?). Josh was the technician. The Angie's List rating was the highest and we had a bad experience with another service company that didn't resolve our issue or give us a thorough evaluation of our problem resulting in spending $95 that didn't need to be spent.
