Great customer service. It broke on Friday night, and your company came out that night. I was originally quoted a time between 10:00 - midnight. Josh B communicated with us regarding his arrival time. He called first to say it would be earlier and called again when he was en route. My husband handled the actual quote and repair with Josh. Although I thought it was very expensive for the amount of time it took to do the repair, I was grateful it was taken care of the same day.

I was referred to this company by a neighbor and was quite pleased with the prompted friendly service. I was walked through the entire process to fix cables and springs to my garage. The price was very reasonable. The service was quick repaired in less that 20 minutes. I would recommend this company to friends and neighbors. Professional installer. Took the time to explain some potential issues that I need to consider in the near future. I was a little shocked by the price to complete the repair as I didn't realize the Springs I needed were heavy duty, but getting the additional knowledge helps with future maintenance items to consider.

The Technician that arrived provided me with the needed information about the garage door and showed me issues that needed to be addressed. He repaired my garage door very efficiently and was very professional. Future issues with my garage door will be addressed by Precision based on this experience.
