Josh called shortly before his arrival. When he arrived, I had many questions and concerns regarding my garage doors. He was very patient with my many questions. He appeared to be very knowledgeable about the products and explained to me what could be done to solve my issues. He was not pushy, but was very helpful and explained things to me that encouraged me to make better aesthetic decisions. He also fixed my immediate issue (remote would not work). I went online and looked for Garage door repair in Hancock County. Your add was impressive and it was late in he evening around 11:00 PM but was still able to make an appointment for the next morning. Your representative "JOSH" was business like and professional explaining in great detail what he found in his inspection of the garage door. He finish his repair replacing all the lift hardware in terrific time and was courtous during the whole process.

The service was quick (took less time than we anticipated),it was done on a holiday at no additional cost,and we very satisfied with the results! We may have to buy a new door in the future, however the repair was done so well it may last for awhile. Also, the bill was less expensive then we thought it would be. Thank you!

Josh was very professional and answered all of our questions. Workmanship was ok, and that is the reason for not giving a 5 (I would give a 3 1/2 if an option). I was not home when installation was being done, my wife was. So, when I got home, I found a nut on the garage floor that forced me to check all bolts to ensure something didn't come off. Our vehicle in the garage was never asked to be moved, which I would think should be common practice so as to not cause damage. Josh didn't cause any damage - lucky for all, but don't take that chance in the future. The bar at the top is not exactly centered, but not sure that's a functional issue, maybe just a looks aspect, but how do I know? I was led to believe the hinges were part of the garage door rebuild, but later found that was not the case. I also mentioned to Josh the opener's belt was twisted slightly, so out of courtesy I expected him to adjust. That didn't happen. Also out of courtesy, burnt-out light bulb in the opener should have been replaced. Overall, I'm somewhat satisfied, not elated, by the work. The door jumps still just a bit when opening still, but I'm not certain if that is a door issue or an opener issue. All that stated, I can tell Josh is very good at working with people and explaining the performance issues that we were expierencing with the door. The devil is always in the details!

So far so good. Josh and Chad were very patient with our questions. This was a major expense for us and our budget is very tight so we hope the work done today will prevent major expenses down the road. There is a huge difference in $210 and $614 though.

We had a problem with the sun making our garage door unable to close. Josh moved the sensors back so that the sun was not blocking them. He noticed that we needed to have new springs and also the barrings that pull the door up was causing the door not not open properly. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He noticed that the chain was loose and them fixed the problem causing it to be loose. I am glad that I found your company in the phone book.

Just had the door opener "tuned up". Jason, the technician, was very professional. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. This is my second time using Precision. Last time was two years ago. No problems with system since then. Prior to that another company was coming out quarterly to fix problems. The Precision techs know what they are doing. I purchased a Big Deal Offer on a Saturday. On Monday morning I received a call from Precision thanking me for my purchase and asking when I wanted to schedule the service. She stated they could even do the service that afternoon! Unfortunately that wasn't possible and as soon as I mentioned that I work she mentioned they had Saturday appointments. I requested one. She efficiently asked me a few questions. It took less than 5 minutes, and I felt great! Wonderful customer service!! Oh, and I got a confirmation email too. Then the day before the appointment I got a courtesy reminder call including who the service rep would be doing the work. Then the service rep called on his way to my place letting me he will be there in 15 minutes. The service rep, Josh was very friendly and professional and knowledgeable. Josh explained what they would be doing and answered my questions completely even giving me a quote for the track and rubber replacement at the bottom of the door. After doing the work he explained to me some things to watch for and if/when I had to replace things, what to ask for, etc. Never did he pressure me to do or buy anything else. Overall, the customer service for this experience was top notch. I will use them again and recommend them to others as well. Well done!
