Josh was born and raised in Bagdad, Kentucky and attended school at Eastern Kentucky University where he majored in Landscape Design. Josh relocated to Indianapolis, and began his garage door career over 9 years ago. In his spare time he enjoys racing ATVs cross country, hunting almost anything, and spending time with his family and friends at home and on the farm.

Josh came to our house for a simple job, replace the roller, install keypad and purchase new controller. Turns out this was a very difficult job for a variety of reasons including our old door operator. Josh and Precision stuck with the job until we were satisfied. We will use Precision in the future because we know they stand by their products and service. Thank you!

Great customer service. It broke on Friday night, and your company came out that night. I was originally quoted a time between 10:00 - midnight. Josh B communicated with us regarding his arrival time. He called first to say it would be earlier and called again when he was en route. My husband handled the actual quote and repair with Josh. Although I thought it was very expensive for the amount of time it took to do the repair, I was grateful it was taken care of the same day.

I was referred to this company by a neighbor and was quite pleased with the prompted friendly service. I was walked through the entire process to fix cables and springs to my garage. The price was very reasonable. The service was quick repaired in less that 20 minutes. I would recommend this company to friends and neighbors. I purchased a Big Deal Offer on a Saturday. On Monday morning I received a call from Precision thanking me for my purchase and asking when I wanted to schedule the service. She stated they could even do the service that afternoon! Unfortunately that wasn't possible and as soon as I mentioned that I work she mentioned they had Saturday appointments. I requested one. She efficiently asked me a few questions. It took less than 5 minutes, and I felt great! Wonderful customer service!! Oh, and I got a confirmation email too. Then the day before the appointment I got a courtesy reminder call including who the service rep would be doing the work. Then the service rep called on his way to my place letting me he will be there in 15 minutes. The service rep, Josh was very friendly and professional and knowledgeable. Josh explained what they would be doing and answered my questions completely even giving me a quote for the track and rubber replacement at the bottom of the door. After doing the work he explained to me some things to watch for and if/when I had to replace things, what to ask for, etc. Never did he pressure me to do or buy anything else. Overall, the customer service for this experience was top notch. I will use them again and recommend them to others as well. Well done!
