They were easy to schedule with and their technician Mike was fantastic. He called when he was on his way and listened to my concerns and fixed both problems. He fixed the bottom trim on our garage and replaced our motor.

Mike F. did a great job tuning up my garage door. He made it run much quieter, and he was friendly with a good sense of humor. I appreciated that it turned out to be a quick, easy job, so he could head home early on a Saturday evening. Highly recommend! Mike if you’re reading this, you know who I am.

We had the best experience working with Precision after accidentally locking ourselves out of our garage! Scheduling was a breeze, our technician Mike was wonderful and we ended up having a better experience than we anticipated. Not only did we get back into our garage within 10 minutes of Mike arriving, but we had various components of our system replaced that very much needed it. Precision made our experience stress free and easy; would recommend them to anyone we know!

Mike F did a great job. He was an extremely proficient technician. My situation was unusual compared to most repairs he does, but he adapted well, improvised, and made my door 100% operational again. In fact, it operates and is balanced better than it was before. I appreciate his technical expertise.

The phone staff were wonderful with me via Sorenson Video Relay Service, something I can't always count on and was pleased to experience and Mike is also wonderful. He serviced both garage doors even tho tenant's was the one not opening, after I decided with both doors having been installed the same day, likely my spring was going to go next. I also appreciated you tell us a little about the service tech coming to the appt. Nice personal touch!
