We requested Mike Feltner of Precision Garage Door Service to make a repair to our outdoor remote control box. Mike knew exactly what the problem was, made a change out, entered our code and reinstalled the unit. Mike is very knowledgeable about the products he installs and is a very efficient employee. Mike's thorough inspection revealed a key component that was worn beyond repair. Mike fielded my many questions as we discussed several new door opener options. Mike was great, arrived when he said he would, did a thorough inspection of the door, opener, and all the parts, then made the repair quickly. I also appreciated the fact that while our door and opener were older, he was very honest to let me know that everything was still in pretty good shape and didn't try to sell us anything else. He also took the extra step and time to ensure the floor was clean and there was nothing left behind that could be dangerous to feet or tires.

Great service from Mike. Appreciated being able to use coupon for service call. The other coupons for rollers and springs were for cheaper ones but not for the nicer, better, longer lasting ones. Should be able to use coupon for either. That was disappointing.
