This form doesn't allow noting all the repairs. The system is old so repairs were a bit more costly than I anticipated, but necessary. A new spring, door support piece, new rollers and a new remote were all replaced so the door is more stable and moves smoothly and quietly. The technician was pleasant, very knowledgeable, and very patient in answering all the questions I had. I'm sure I slowed him down but he was very kind and polite about all my interruptions.

I had 2 broken springs and called Precision last night around 10pm and was surprised to talk with a live representative. I was able to set up an appointment for the next day, today between 2-5pm and I received a call today 1:13pm informing me he was early and if it was ok to head my way… Michael showed up within 15 minutes and he was very thorough at explaining the problem and pointed out potentially other issues besides the springs..I am very please with the work and would recommend Precision and Michael in the future! Mike arrived on time and got right to work. We knew the spring was broken, but when he removed the spring he also found some bearings that need to be fixed. Once the diagnosis was made and the estimate approved, he was able to complete the repair quickly. He didn't leave any empty parts packaging around and put everything back that he had moved. Our door works smoothly and easily. We are very happy with the repair.

The technician, Mike F., was professional, competent, and extremely knowledgeable. He arrived on time. He listened to my description of the issue fully. He offered a solution that was was satisfactory to me, along with the cost to do this garage door repair. There were no surprises, and Mike fixed the problem. He wore masks and gloves throughout his visit. Based on this experience I will definitely use Precision Garage Door Service again when needed, and I will request Mike F. to do that future work for me.

My technician and I’m horrible with names so I don’t remember his name sorry. He was very nice and explained everything he was doing. He was on time and did a fabulous job fixing my garage door.
