Technician Mike was great. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. Due to stress fractures, we ended up replacing all six hinges on our garage door with a stronger gauge of steel compared to the inferior gauge used 20 years ago. Mike worked with us on the increased cost and did a great job installing the new hinges. Highly recommend Precision Door!

Called Precision door on Friday morning regarding a very squeaky garage door. They were able to send someone the same day. They called to update me on the arrival time and then when it cam closer Mike F. called to say he was 20 min away. Mike listened to my concerns about the door and then inspected the garage door. I went to the garage after his inspection and he explained things to me so I would understand. Mike was very professional and told me the options and did not pressure me to go one way or another. He had the parts needed to upgrade some parts on the door which eliminated the squeaking and will prolong the life of the door parts. I would highly recommend Precision door and if you get Mike to come out you are lucky.

Mike was great!!! He replaced springs and rollers on our wooden garage door. Called around 8:00am on a Sunday. Mike F. Showed up early and gave my door a complete inspection that resulted in some unknowns by me. He was extremely thorough and offered me several alternatives before beginning repairs. Mike was concerned with my satisfaction throughout the entire process. Mike was on his way by 11:00am. I may be lucky here, but even so, to be entirely completed in a 3 hour window is extraordinary. Mike can provide a worry free experience to your complete satisfaction. I have been a customer of your company for so long that I honestly don’t remember how I found out about you, but it had to be through some type of advertising because I needed you in an emergency situation. I was very impressed with the young man Mike who was my technician today. He introduced himself to me when I answered the door and when we looked at the garage door he seemed very knowledgeable and answered a few of my questions. He went about his job explaining to me what he was doing and why and what my door needed. He finished the job and then checked the door thoroughly to make sure everything was fixed. We have had Precision out several times in the past few weeks to install new garage doors and make a repair (unfortunately my husband and I both ran into garage doors the past few weeks). The guys that came out were extremely professional and kind. Precision sends you a text ahead of time to let you know they are on their way- in this text is information about the person coming to your house- a nice little bio- it makes it more personal to know who you are expecting.
