We are very pleased with the service we just received. We had Precision install our new garage door opener in 2021, it had a battery back-up too. Never had a problem until 2 days ago the unit started beeping. It was just needing a new battery. So I called this morning, and within a few hours the service man, Mike, was here and changed out the battery, did a door check, and we are back in business. Mike was great, arrived when he said he would, did a thorough inspection of the door, opener, and all the parts, then made the repair quickly. I also appreciated the fact that while our door and opener were older, he was very honest to let me know that everything was still in pretty good shape and didn't try to sell us anything else. He also took the extra step and time to ensure the floor was clean and there was nothing left behind that could be dangerous to feet or tires.
