Mike more than met my expectations. He arrived to reprogram my car remote which he did. While here he noticed that my cables were rusting, and my garage door was not sealing at the floor. He offered to provide a quote and within an hour the repairs were finished. I am a 'happy camper'.

Mike was great, arrived when he said he would, did a thorough inspection of the door, opener, and all the parts, then made the repair quickly. I also appreciated the fact that while our door and opener were older, he was very honest to let me know that everything was still in pretty good shape and didn't try to sell us anything else. He also took the extra step and time to ensure the floor was clean and there was nothing left behind that could be dangerous to feet or tires.

We were scheduled for service between 2 and 4. Someone from the office called to inform us that it would be between 4 and 5. Happy for the call. Mike then called when he was on his way. When he arrived, he was shown the problem. He informed us of what needed to be taken care of. He was very polite and professional. Great man to work with. Mike F was great! Friendly and well-informed. We had a spring break and the cables were damaged on our small bay but he inspected both garage doors when asked and recommended necessary repairs. Highly recommend!

Tks., for the outstanding service, my garage door stopped in the middle going up, then it wouldn’t go back down. I called precision at 0930 on Saturday and the “tech”, Mike was there by 1200 hrs., he was outstanding! Listened to me describe my door issue, made recommendations and fixed my problem, same day. Mike left with me feeling confident, I made the right choice calling Precision! Tks.

I initially chose Precision Garage Door Service because a neighbor highly recommended I contact them. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I receive. I love how quiet my garage door is, too. And as an added bonus, the technician always blows out my garage before they leave. I would never use another company they are the best!

Great service from Mike. Appreciated being able to use coupon for service call. The other coupons for rollers and springs were for cheaper ones but not for the nicer, better, longer lasting ones. Should be able to use coupon for either. That was disappointing.

I have used Prescision for maintenance and repairs for the last few years. Our garage door opener was nearing the end of it's life and I knew that going in to the appointment today. The technician was informative and educational and provided me with various options and levels of price and I chose to replace it now rather than wait until it totally died during the winter. I have always been extremely happy with thier customer service and price every time I have used Precision.

Mike did a great job fixing my garage door. He was professional and personable. He explained the issues and how to fix them. He gave me options to make sure I could make the best choice for my finances. It was done in reasonable time and I’m pretty sure he left my garage floor cleaner then when he got there!

We've had issues with our garage door not closing intermittently. We had two other companies come out to assess the situation and only ended up doing a tune up. Mike came out and immediately identified several issues that were a problem with the initial installation. He gave us a couple different options, the cheaper being to replace sensors and to provide some additional hardware for stability. It worked! It sounds so much different and closes without fail every time. So happy!
