And as an added bonus, the technician always blows out my garage before they leave. I would never use another company they are the best!

Great service from Mike. Appreciated being able to use coupon for service call. The other coupons for rollers and springs were for cheaper ones but not for the nicer, better, longer lasting ones. Should be able to use coupon for either. That was disappointing.

I have used Prescision for maintenance and repairs for the last few years. Our garage door opener was nearing the end of it's life and I knew that going in to the appointment today. We've had issues with our garage door not closing intermittently. We had two other companies come out to assess the situation and only ended up doing a tune up. Mike came out and immediately identified several issues that were a problem with the initial installation. He gave us a couple different options, the cheaper being to replace sensors and to provide some additional hardware for stability. It worked! It sounds so much different and closes without fail every time. So happy!

We chose Precision because of location and high ratings. It was easy to schedule online, but we also called the office and received a courteous, professional response. We appreciated the phone calls to check in and give us updates regarding arrival time. When Mike arrived, he was friendly and knowledgeable. I called Precision Garage Door Service ("Precision") based on the excellent reviews I saw online. One of the doors no longer opened and the other one needed some improvement. I called in the morning and Mike, the technician, arrived within a couple of hours the same day. He was extremely courteous, pleasant, professional, and helpful. He went as far as helping me with a clogged gutter over the garage doors! After he left, both garage doors were fixed and worked well. The new motor he installed on the door that did not open no longer made any noise. I can hardly hear that door when it goes up or down. The other door, which has an older motor, is also more silent thanks to new parts that Mike installed. I highly recommend Precision for their rapid response and the quality of their work.

Mike F Came to check frayed wire ends that I noticed were hanging out the back of motor. He eased my mind and said it was not a fire hazard or dangerous, just not finished properly when the original electrical work was done in the garage. He trimmed the wires and put a cap on the ends. Now no wires hanging. He also did a general check of the door and system to make sure everthing was working properly. Thank you Mike.

We have had Precision out several times in the past few weeks to install new garage doors and make a repair (unfortunately my husband and I both ran into garage doors the past few weeks). The guys that came out were extremely professional and kind. Precision sends you a text ahead of time to let you know they are on their way- in this text is information about the person coming to your house- a nice little bio- it makes it more personal to know who you are expecting. Chris, Dakota and Mike have all been great. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone needing work on their garage doors!
