I cannot recommend Precision Garage Door highly enough! If you are looking for professional, transparent, and efficient service, look no further. Our experience with their technician, Mike F., was exceptional from start to finish. It’s rare to find someone who combines high-level technical expertise with such great communication skills. What Stood Out: Thorough Inspection: Mike didn’t just look at the obvious issue; he took the time to carefully inspect the entire door system to ensure everything was structurally sound and where it wasn't, flag it for replacement. Clear Communication: Instead of just handing me a bill, he walked me through his findings step-by-step. He explained exactly what was failing and why, which gave me total peace of mind about the necessary repairs. Patient & Knowledgeable: I had quite a few questions about maintenance and parts, and Mike answered every single one of them with patience and clarity. I never felt rushed or "upsold." Same-Day Completion: Most impressively, despite the detailed nature of the work and having to have the springs custom made, Mike had all the necessary parts on hand and completed the entire repair in a single day. Our garage doors are now running smoother and quieter than the day we moved in. If you’re lucky enough to have Mike F. assigned to your repair, you’re in excellent hands. Thank you, Precision Garage Door, for the top-tier service!

We had an issue with our car and handheld opener would occasionally not open or close the garage doors. Mike was able to diagnose the issue and provide a solution. Mike also identified all of the other issues that required new parts and maintained. All in all, we will have both of our garage doors once again operating the best and have two new openers. Thanks Precision! John Steel Zionsville, IN

Amazing service and professionalism from the engineer who came on Saturday. Long time employee. He helped several years ago. Should be up for review and raise. :) Call center was local, instant response, understood how to help.
