We were preferred to Precision by another customer. I’m glad we went with them. The technician, Ryan, arrived on time within the provided window and gave a call 15 minutes prior. He was extremely knowledgeable about the needed repairs and any future repairs we may run into. He was also very transparent with the pricing of everything and answered all of our questions. Will definitely only use Precision for all of our garage door needs from now on.

Precision made my life easy. Once I decided to go with them for my garage door repair/replacement/upgrade, every step was simple and I was never left wondering if I should've have gone with another provider. You all are #1 for many many reasons, and I see that on display in your service. I had 5 points of contact during my upgrade from old broke down door to efficient and highly effective new door. Ryan did such a great job! He described exactly what needed to be done for our needs. He removed the old electronics and replaced them with new, mindful to make sure all the wiring was done really neat and clean. I used Precision before to repair a broken cable on my garage door. When the spring broke I called them again. They were able to send someone out the next day.
