Definitely made the right choice! Garage door wouldn’t close on its own so thought I had a busted sensor. Ryan came out to replace the sensor but no luck. He tried every possible piece of the puzzle before confirming it was an electrical issue on the opener itself. I really appreciated the thoroughness before deciding a new opener was needed. Ryan laid out my options and was not pushy at all. This company is very cost competitive and probably even cost saving if you have a mailer coupon. I will use them again when inevitably my other 25year old opener kicks it. First time in over a year we can click a button instead of holding it down. Should have called sooner!

We had springs and cable wire put in last year so I chose to call again for the rollers and seal on the bottom of the door to be replaced. Ryan was very efficient and informative on other things such as giving us an estimate for a new garage door opener

The torsion spring on my overhead door broke late on a Sunday afternoon. Your technicians were booked for the rest of the day, so the repair was scheduled for Monday mid morning. Fair enough! I purchased my system last year from Precision, and it has been great. You never know what you are missing until you upgrade. It started acting up, I think with the IOS upgrade on my phone. They came out and reset everything, and since it has been less than a year, I wasn't charged. Great customer service.
