James came out and did a wonderful job completely restoring our garage door. It is actually working better now than it did when it was new. I have better parts and a good warranty and James did a nice job explaining the options available to us. He showed a great deal of professionalism in his work and always answered questions I had of him or the parts he was installing.

Vladimir was very professional. I had a broken spring and the bearing kit was very worn. He discussed what the issues were and I had them fixed. There was no pressure, but a complete explanation of the issues. My door works much better-no weird noises or hesitation. Very satisfied with the work that was done.
