Mike did a fabulous job when he came out to assess what we needed to replace our door. He worked with us -- even talking to my husband on the phone a few times to make us feel comfortable with our selection. He patiently problem-solved with us and worked with the office to get us the best results possible. He certainly went the extra mile with us to ensure our satisfaction with the process. I had my garage door examined and after a discussion with the technician, decided to have it completely over-hauled which resulted in it performing like brand new. I chose Precision based on their availability and compatibility to my own time schedule. The technician (Josh B.) was early and called to inform me he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and worked extremely fast. I was briefed on what needed to be done and presented with various options to choose from without any pressure to pick any particular option. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to any of my friends.
