Very pleased with my service. I did not personally meet Mike but talked with him on the telephone. He was very professional and explained the problem exactly to me. My father was at my house when Mike came and stated he was the best service technician he had ever dealt with and he is 81 years old! I would recommend Precision to anyone and will continue to use them in servicing my garage door in the future.

Jeff called 15 minutes before arriving to let us know he was on the way and arrived at our house within the scheduled time slot. We originally were just going to replace the torsion spring but we had researched that and after talking with Jeff, we decided to go with a higher cycle spring and a few other replacement parts (bearings, rollers, lift wires). Jeff completed the job in a timely fashion and, as we have had a noisy door for a while, he took a few minutes and tweaked the door track so that we have a much quieter operating door now.
