Technician did a wonderful job! He was very courteous! Front office who took the call did not listen properly. Spoke to Amanda & was offered $20 off. Apparently Precision did not install our garage door but failed to give me that info prior to visit.

Eric was great! Our owner really wanted to keep our old wooden garage door as it was an original in the building and we were able to do that with Eric's help. He repaired the garage door, glass and lots of other parts and installed a new garage door opener. The owner is really pleased.
